These terms govern access to the Brume website and sign-up to the program (waitlist). By joining the program, you accept them.
1. Purpose
The Brume website presents a behavioral stop-smoking support app project and lets you join an early-access program ("the first cohort") by leaving an email address.
No app service is provided through this site at this stage: signing up only reserves a place in the program.
2. Program sign-up
Sign-up is by email, double opt-in: a confirmation link is sent to you and must be validated. An optional pre-qualification questionnaire may accompany sign-up.
You can unsubscribe at any time, in one click, from any email received.
3. Nature of the service — not a medical device
Brume is behavioral wellness support. It is not a medical device and the app does not replace any treatment.
Nicotine replacement therapy and varenicline remain the reference treatments for quitting. For personalized support, reach out to a healthcare professional or a quitline.
4. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, visuals, brand, code) is protected. Any reproduction or reuse without authorization is prohibited.
5. Liability
The site is provided "as is". The scientific information cited points to its published sources; it does not constitute medical advice.
Brume cannot be held liable for any use of the site contrary to its purpose.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.
